Three
anchor stores have committed to building in the Tulsa Hills Area.
Target, Lowes, and Belk will make entry into the area providing a solid
core of large business in wide-ranging sectors.
For
those unfamiliar with Belk, it is a successful department store similar
to Macy's or Dillards. Their stores are attractive and carry designer
clothing, housewares, cosmetics, etc.
